Sneak Peek

I know I still have no banner, but I simply don't find any time to do it. Anyway, I've been working very very hard on this (and I still am). It's my entry for SNTGD. Here's a little sneak peek:

What do you think? It took me quite a few hours to make it, but I'm pretty satisfied with the result. The jacket looks really 3D, at least to me.

My graphic for SNTGD

Hello everyone!
Guess what? I'm a contestant for "Stardoll's Next Top Graphic Designer" Cycle 3. I'm very excited and I hope I will get very far. So, this is my entry for the first task.

Tadaaa!! What do you think? The graphic is inspired by a photoshoot of Daphne Groeneveld. For this graphic I used a different skin and clothing shading technique than usual and I must say I quite like this one.

Cover for RNTM Backstage Magazine

This is a graphic I made some days ago, it will be the cover for the RNTM Backstage Magazine which will be released in the next few days. Here it is:

For the finished issue I will change the background and add some headlines and stuff.

Cathérine goes Lana Del Rey!

I'm back with a new post!
I haven't had much time for Stardoll and graphics for the last few weeks because of school and private issues. But now I've sorted out some problems and I even have more time for graphics now (there isn't much to do for school right now). So, this is my newest graphic...

I also posted this on the Graphic Vault.
The graphic is based on the ad campaign where Lana Del Rey models for H&M. The model is RNTM winner Cathérine and she really looks great with this look, doesn't she? This graphic is just part of a big editorial photoshoot with Cathy for the Stardoll Crown Magazine.

I've improved my shading technique, especially the one for hair and clothing. Thanks again to Lindsey (LoveGossip4Life) who inspired me a lot!
I know I still have to work on the neck because now I see what the others mean - that "U" is overshaded and looks kinda odd. Anyway, what do you think? Any opinions? Let me know!

My latest graphic

I noticed I haven't posted this here yet. Maybe you've already seen this graphic on The Graphic Vault.

I finished this graphic about two weeks ago.

I'll be using this for the haute couture spoiler for Spice Couture. The model is Dreamiiiii.

I personally love the hair, I'm getting better now :)

New Blogger Profile Picture!

Hey guys! :)

So yesterday I came up with the idea that I need a new blogger profile picture as my old one is so... old. In fact it's just an old logo of RNTM. So here's what I've done:

A simple headshot of my doll. I'm really happy with it, my neck shading has improved a bit!

Just did some skin shading and edited the hair a bit. This graphic was done with my amazing tablet.  

I don't know why I made the eyes blue because I actually have brown eyes (in Stardoll and in real life).

But I just loved how fierce it looks, so I colored the eyes blue. They look like ice.. XD

So, what do you think??

New Hair Shading Technique!

Hey guys!

Guess who has got a bamboo tablet now? Me! *yay*

I got it on Wednesday in the morning, I think.

Anyway, this is my first hair graphic made with my tablet, have a look ...

Okay, it's not THAT good, but I'm very happy about how it turned out and I was waaaaay faster than with the mouse. I didn't do any face or neck shading because I wanted to focus on the hair.

So, what do you think about it??

Face Shading Improvement!

So basically I don't have any time to do some new graphics for my blog, but I'm just too busy with Spice Couture. I want to get it finally finished!! But it seems like I'm able to release the first collection this weekend.

Anyway, I wanted to share this with you ...

Oh my gosh I can't believe that my face shading has improved so much! I tried to shade the cheekbones not too dark or exaggerated. I also like their make-up, especially the one of mathildamath. Thanks to my new make-up brushes!! Haha ;D

I used both of them for Spice Couture, so you will recognize these looks on the runway. I'm sorry that I'm recently posting only about my fashion line and faces. But I promise that after I've released the collection I will start doing new graphics (and no more faces).

Spice Couture Preview

Hey guys!
I know it has been a while since my last post, but I haven't really got the time for any other graphics than the ones for my fashion line Spice Couture. I'm busily working on these graphics and I hope I'll get the first collection done this week.
Anyway, I decided to post a little sneak peek of prêt-à-porter summer 2012 collection..

Model: __Mariah__

So this is the make-up of Maria who will model the 6th outfit. I've also done the cheek bones and face shadings. The make-up is fully done via photoshop. The hair is still missing though, but I'm already working on her hair and outfit. You will see the results in the completed collection.

This is the "first face" of the collection, which means she will open the runway show and this is the first outfit to be shown. I'm pretty proud of it, especially about the flames.
